Ruby Rose from RWBY. Age varies by canon point (15 volumes 1-3, 16 volumes 4-5, 17 volumes 6-7) and I'm fine with aging her up further for AU memes. Ruby is cheerful, easygoing, and kind of socially awkward at times. She's very into weapons, and she's always wanted to be a Huntress. Her semblance (superpower) allows her to utilize superspeed via turning into a burst of roses on occasion - and then there are her silver eyes, which can wreak havoc on canon monsters.
